Janelle & Co ("we", "us", "our") provides event decor rental, celebration hampers, event planning and home & venue cleaning across Wolverhampton, Walsall, Birmingham and the wider West Midlands. We collect the contact and booking details you give us (name, email, phone, delivery or event address), details of your order or booking (service requested, dates, guest numbers, preferences), and payment information processed securely by our payment provider - we never store full card details ourselves. We use this to manage your booking, take payment, communicate with you, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We share information only where necessary, such as with delivery couriers, payment processors, or a venue or supplier directly involved in your event - we never sell your personal information. With your consent we may send occasional updates; you can opt out at any time.
