Booking with us

These terms apply whenever you book event decor rental, celebration hampers, event planning or home & venue cleaning with Janelle & Co ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or confirming a booking, you agree to these terms. If anything here is unclear, contact us at jeyjeynelson7@gmail.com or 07366 505875 before you book.

Bookings, payment & your responsibilities

Bookings are confirmed once we've agreed dates, service details and, where required, received payment or a deposit. Prices are shown at the time of booking and may include a refundable deposit for rental items. You're responsible for providing accurate information (dates, address, guest numbers) and for treating rented items with care and returning them in the condition supplied, ordinary wear aside. Please arrange access to your property in advance for cleaning or delivery and collection.

Cancellations, liability & changes

Our cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We take reasonable care in providing our services but are not liable for delays or issues caused by circumstances outside our control, such as weather, third-party suppliers or venue access issues. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version on this page applies to new bookings.
